Since google translate made this look confusing, the wonderful zobocamel has translated the fanlight instruction from http://ssl.johnnys-net.jp/japonism/page/index?guid=ON

Please also listen and look for cues from the stadium and the rest of the crowd to be sure when to turn the light back on.

I've decided to post this here just in case it can be helpful to anyone else.

Ooh this is great! Thank you for sharing it! I didn't even know it was being done again so this is really helpful.
I am terrible at dances/moves, but I'll try to learn the easier parts!! 8D

I'm going to need a lot of practise with the dance as well!
Zobocamel has said that he would be able to translate & sub the dance video, but he is busy with a uni assignment over the next week.
Maybe someone might do it in the meantime. Although the dance video is pretty straight forward in itself, eng sub could help people like me who don't really know their migi from their hidari.

I watched it a few times now. It is indeed pretty straightforward, but it feels like they expect you to remember it from the LOVE tour, they're doing it so quickly. XD
